Soul of Athens is an annual multimedia project produced by graduate and undergraduate students in the School of Visual Communication at Ohio University. Renewal is a story of Calvin Kirby and his journey creating an encampment for people in in addiction recovery to find sobriety in community, until a flood threatens their livelihood. This project won an Award of Excellence in Multimedia: Online Storytelling from College Photographer of the Year. (2018)
